PAYMENT POLICY

No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking.  Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if prior, only once the cancellation policy applies. Please check your booking confirmation for how each location handles payment as it can differ. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policies vary between motels.  When making a booking online, please check the terms and conditions within the online booking process to confirm the cancellation policy for that specific property.  When booking by phone or in person, please check with your hosts. Typically, a guest not arriving (no show) will forfeit the entire cost of their stay. If your booking is clearly marked as Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, no changes are permitted and no refund will be due.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

A surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. The percentage will vary by property and can be confirmed at the time of check-in. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge.
 

CHILD POLICY

Bella Vista does not offer a child concession. Local variations may apply but typically a child is treated as a person, and the extra person rate will apply. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request in most locations. An extra charge may apply.

ROOM REQUESTS

Please be aware that all Bella Vista's are two-storey buildings, without lift access. If you would prefer to occupy a ground-floor unit, ensure you request this at the time of booking. Requests are subject to availability.

BEDDING REQUESTS

Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type. 

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is NOT permitted in any units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non smoking status.

HOUSE RULES

As a guest of Bella Vista, in agreeing to our booking Terms & Conditions, you agree to abide by the House Rules of Bella Vista which are reasonably related to the health, safety, comfort and convenience of yourself, other guests, the onsite owner/manager and the building.
 

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME

Your check in and check out times will be detailed on your booking confirmation. Even if a valid booking is held, no access to your room can be expected prior or after the times stated as the room may be occupied by another guest or be being cleaned. Early arrival and/or late checkout is at the discretion of the motel operator and a fee may apply.
